For a long period of time, we have been specialising in running of theatre bars, clubs, restaurants, and in providing catering services in their premises. Thanks to the long-standing experience, we can offer a complex gastronomical service for small, middle-sized or big theatres, for their spectators, partners and employees.
Our goal is a professional attitude and quality in all our activities. Together with the specifics of this field, we try to develop and accommodate the needs to suit the customers. We also build long-lasting relations with our partners.
Within a big gastronomical group we are a part of, we are able to offer complex services to all our partners and customers. Although we have been specializing in the work for theatres, we went through gastronomy in its complexity, and we gained the desired experience which we now reflect in our everyday work.

The offer is chosen in respect of quality, diversity and freshness. We build long-lasting and strong relations with our partners and suppliers who are therefore our support. In the course of time, we verified many times that the spectator is rather conservative, but that does not prevent us from introducing modern trends into our offer. Therefore, you may find the traditional and popular ham sandwich, as well as a multi-grained salmon sandwich; or Bohemia sparkling wine, as well as modern Aperol Spritz.
We value every customer, we are interested in their opinions and their satisfaction is our priority. We are aware of the fact that the customers turn to us expecting we know our job perfectly and we know how to help. We are ready to fulfil those expectations.
Since the beginning, we have been building a unique reservation system which greatly shortens the time spent in a line, and therefore rises the comfort and experience from the performance. This is the main part of our work. Currently, we offer reservations in every theatre, at every bar.
Even though it is not a standard, especially in the Czech Republic, we equipped all our bars with a professional cash register system. Thanks to that, we were one of the first who accepted cashless payments at theatre bars.
We digitalise all processes of our work so that we could guarantee the customers the highest quality and the fastest service during intervals. For that reason, we gradually introduce modern IT technology and innovations, such as an e-shop for ordering refreshment from the comfort of home. In cooperation with graphic and design experts, we gradually innovate promoting materials, offer leaflets and noticeboards, and we develop our own inventory.
Even though we are probably the only company specializing in theatre gastronomy, we know that knowing the market and rival companies may move us ahead.
For that reason, we regularly attend theatre performances all around the Czech Republic and nearby renowned European theatres. We got an inspiration in the National Theatre in Bratislava, Slovakia, Wiener Staatsoper in Vienna, Austria, Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, Germany, Die Staatstheater in Stuttgart, Germany, Theatro alla Scala in Milan, Italy, and many more.
The history of our activities goes far back to 1994 when the beginnings of our business in gastronomy can be traced. In 1994 we opened the first beer restaurant in Prague 2. In 1996 we started catering services and running of the leisure centre Hostivařská přehrada which we operate to this day. Running of theatre bars in the National Theatre and the Estates Theatre. Simultaneously, we arrange for catering service for both buildings and for the management of the National Theatre.
